Who we are
Royal Marriage Europe is the marriage and teaching ministry of Dennis and Danielle de Graaf, based in Bunschoten, the Netherlands. For privacy questions, contact info@royalmarriage.nl or +31 6 255 502 00.
Contact form and email
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address and the details you share are sent to info@royalmarriage.nl through the existing Royal Marriage mail service on royalmarriage.nl and Resend. The form does not create a user profile or add you to a mailing list. You can also contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.
Why we use your information
We use enquiries to answer your questions, discuss an invitation or weekend and make practical arrangements you request. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence or on taking steps at your request before an agreement. We do not add you to a mailing list through this website.
Retention and service providers
For ordinary enquiries we follow the existing Royal Marriage retention period of up to twelve months after completion of the activity, unless an ongoing agreement or a legal obligation requires longer retention. Website hosting, email and messaging providers, including Resend for form delivery, process the technical data needed for their services and may process data outside your country. Provider-specific safeguards and information are available in their privacy notices. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and external links
The site code sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no embedded social media feeds. Fonts and images are hosted with the website. The hosting platform may use essential security or sign-in cookies and technical logs. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp are external links; their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal information, or to object to processing where applicable. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local data protection authority. Avoid sending sensitive personal or family details in an initial enquiry.
